Total Home Care is a unique way to take care of your home. The program is designed to help you renovate, decorate and safeguard the family home. You can enjoy member exclusive savings on gift cards/certificates for a variety of retail stores for home decoration and improvement. You can also receive a selection of benefits specializing in servicing and protecting your primary residence.
What will I receive if I join Total Home Care?
You will receive, either in print or electronically via an email fulfillment, the comprehensive membership materials, which include an overview of the program covering the terms and conditions and full description of the benefits and services available to our members. You'll also receive your personal membership identification number that allows you to take advantage of all the money-saving benefits available the program offers.
How do I access these benefits?
To access your benefits in Total Home Care, you can either order online from this site or call Member Savings toll-free at 1-866-847-6525.
Is there a trial membership period? How does it work?
Upon enrolling, you will have a trial membership period during which you can use the program benefits as much as you'd like. If you find the service is not for you, call us before the end of the trial period, toll-free at 1-866-847-6525, and you won't be charged the monthly membership fee* or annual membership fee – should your billing cycle be annually. If you wish to continue with your membership after the trial period you agreed upon, the low membership fee will be automatically charged to the billing source authorized by you.
* Online enrolees will be charged a $1.00 trial-period fee, in accordance with the agreed upon enrolment terms.
Do I have to call to cancel?
Yes. You must contact one of our Member Savings Representatives if you find the program doesn't fit your needs. If you cancel during your trial period, you won't be charged the membership fee. Simply call the toll free number, 1-866-847-6525 to cancel. After your trial period, you can call anytime to cancel your membership and stop your monthly billing or receive a prorated refund — should your billing cycle be annually.
Can I cancel parts of Total Home Care?
No, Total Home Care is a complete package of benefits designed to provide great savings to its members. Unfortunately we cannot separate out specific benefits from the total package.
Can my whole family use this?
Yes! The members of your immediate family including your spouse, and dependent children who are living in your household at your current address may take advantage of your membership in Total Home Care.
How do I save with Certificate(s)/ Gift Card(s)?
As a member of Total Home Care you may save with gift card(s)/certificate(s). Gift card(s)/certificate(s) can be purchased either online or by calling Member Savings.
Because this is an exclusive Total Home Care offer, the gift card(s)/certificate(s) must be purchased through Total Home Care. Gift cards/certificates are fulfilled by the Total Home Care program. Credits are not available for gift card(s)/certificate(s) purchased at retail locations. Do not present your membership card in stores. You must still be an member of Total Home Care at the time your credit is processed. Benefits, including gift cards/certificates, purchased through the Total Home Care are non-refundable and may not be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.
Do Certificate(s)/ Gift Card(s) have expiration dates?
Expiration dates on gift card(s)/certificate(s) vary; however the majority of gift card(s)/certificate(s) benefits in the offering do not expire. If there are any expiration dates or dormant fees applicable, member must refer to the terms specified on the gift card or certificate.

Can I return an item after I've paid for it? What is your Refund Policy?
Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged or returned for a cash, credit or cheque refund and also may not be redeemed for cash. Total Home Care is not responsible for lost and stolen gift cards/certificates after being received by you.

Is Total Home Care Web site secure?
